Our mission statement
Welcome to Metral Pediatric Dental. When you visit our office, your child’s dental health is our top priority. We understand how uneasy some patients may feel about their dental visits, and how we can make a difference in providing a relaxing and positive experience. Our entire team is dedicated to providing your child with the personalized, gentle care that they deserve.
Your child’s dental
We trust that you and your child will find the first and all visits to our office comfortable and rewarding. Please browse our website to learn more about our practice and our dental team. We sincerely appreciate your entrusting your child’s dental care to us and look forward to helping you preserve, restore and maintain your child’s dental health and wellness.
Insurance and other options
We don’t ever want financial concerns to prevent you from getting your child the dental care he or she needs. We work with all insurance plans and will try our best to help you in the process without compromising your child’s health and optimal treatment. Please bring the necessary information with you on your first visit. At the end of your appointment, we are happy to submit electronic claims on your behalf to all dental insurances and accept assignment of benefits on most major insurance policies. However, we do ask that you pay your deductible, co-payment or non-covered service portions at the time of your visit. If you wish to submit the claim to medical insurance for coverage of certain services, we can also provide you with an itemized statement and letter of medical necessity with appropriate dental or medical codes.
Please reach out to our friendly professional staff for any questions at all!
Things to consider
We try our best to accommodate our patients as much as possible when scheduling appointments. Some appointments may require the child to miss some school; however, these are considered excused absences. With continued care, appointments during school can be kept to a minimum.
We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your child’s appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, but we ask for your help as a courtesy to all of our patients. Continued broken confirmed appointments may result in an additional charge and/or penalty.
